Jumbo Alaskan Snow Crab Legs
Description: Chilled or Warm available by the 1/2 LB for $28 or 1 LB. for $56
Chilled is served with cocktail sauce. Warm clarified butter on the steamed Snow Crab.
Warm is served with drawn butter and lemon.

Additional Information: Also known as Queen crab, found in the North Atlantic and North Pacific, preferring deep cold water conditions. Although found in snowy weather areas, they actually get their name from the crisp white color of their meats. They are closely related to the King Crab. They have five pairs of spider like legs, four pairs of walking legs, and one pair of claws.
