Concierge Daily Completion Checklist
How does it work?
When you click into your own personal daily checklist spreadsheet you will find a checklist you must complete DAILY.
How to create a New spreadsheet?
Just like your timeclock please create a copy (new tab) of the task list and rename the tab with the date you completed the checklist. I.E. 06/27/2024
Do I need to send or share this when I complete it?
No, you DO NOT need to share or send it.
Kelli & myself will be able to access them on our end through the drive.
The WHY behind this new checklist?
We are trying to streamline the tasks we are asking the concierge to complete.
This checklist will serve as a place for Kelli or myself to write down and communicate upcoming tasks we need completed as well as ongoing tasks we would like you to complete.
Communication is key
Please be sure to communicate with one another everyday on who is accomplishing what task. This will avoid multiple people working on the same thing. For instance: If one concierge is checking the calendar for upcoming Concierge Extras and contacting Sarah or April, the other concierge does not need to (and Sarah and April do not want multiple calls about the same thing). This means that you will not check off every box every day. Instead, only check off what you have personally completed. We recommend you get with the other person working the shift with you early in the day to determine who will do what tasks.
