Mr. Fresh

Description: Corazon Reposado, Demerara, Orange and Grapefruit Bitters

Glass: Rocks

Garnished: Torched Orange Swath & Luxardo Cherry

Side Note: Mr. Fresh is named after the one and only Doug Poole! His favorite drink is this tequila old fashioned paired with awful Dad Jokes.

Extra Side Note: Only serve with a Bad Dad Joke or if the guest has one when you bring it to the table that will suffice!

Description: Smoked Cherry Syrup, Herring Cherry Liqueur, Benchmark Bourbon

Glass: Rocks ~ with Large Rock

Garnish: Luxardo Cherry, smoked with Applewood cloche

Note: The Cherries in the simple syrup are first and charred then smoked before infusing the bourbon

OF = (old fashioned)

Description: Tullamore Dew, Banana Vanilla Bean (BVB)  Simple Syrup, Black Walnut Bitters, Candied Banana Garnish

Glass: Rocks ~ with Large Rock

Garnish: Candied Banana ball.

Note: An Irish whiskey old fashioned with hints of banana, vanilla and walnut.

Note: A citrus smoky drink that is spirit forward. The blackberry combines with the mezcal for an amazing experience.

Inspired by the bourbon and berries with a twist on the spirit.

Note: A refreshing lavender gin and sour & Lavender is known for its ability to calm the nervous system, lift the mood and even lower blood pressure.

Avril’s Kiss

Description: Fynbos Gin, Chambord, Antica Formula, Lemon, Raspberry

Garnish: Lemon Swath

**Note: A spirit forward cocktail with citrus, and light finish of Raspberry. This cocktail was inspired by the feelings of spring, something light and refreshing for the summer months. Avril is French for spring.
