bottomless summer selection is a promotion that will allow guests to either taste or enjoy glasses of wine from the line of wines listed below for a set price. The price for this promotion is $28 per person.
As a bartender or server they should introduce this promotion as a limited time offer which allows guests to try and be introduced to a line of fine wines.
Bartenders and Servers should always pour just a taste of the wine selected so guests will know if they like it before pouring them a glass.
Glasses should be poured about 4 ounces at a time.

There is a key set up on your Bar Menu Screen and Fast Bar Screen that says Generous Pour it will charge the $28.
If you are running low on a wine at any point in time please let your manager know immediately so the team is aware. Communication is key.
Bartenders and Servers should watch guests closely for signs of intoxication and let a manager know immediately if there are any concerns.
Bartenders and Servers should keep a mental note of how many 4 ounce portions you are serving them.
If a guest asks you to “leave the bottle” because that is the only one they are drinking politely let the guest know you will check on that and speak to a manager. If only one guest is enjoying the promotion leaving the whole bottle may not be the best idea. If two or more guests are enjoying the same varietal then you may want to honor that guest request instead of quoting “the policy” but you will need to keep an eye on them closely in case one guest is drinking faster than the others. Remember we never know how alcohol will affect each guest!
