Description: Three Latin American style pastries filled with ~2 oz. of seasoned ground lamb¹, fried. Topped with an aji amarillo² drizzle and pickled onions, served on a board accented with lamb jus, garnished with micro cilantro

Description:  8oz. of shrimp butterflied, no shells. Sauteed in butter, garlic, shallots, and dried chilis (red pepper), and a hint of sherry with crispy baby potatoes

Calmari fritto

Description:  8oz. of calamari (rings and tentacles mixed), battered with buttermilk and seasoned flour, flash fried and served crispy. About two ounces of sweet potato chips is added to give volume and contrast to the dish. It is topped with charred peppers, aji amarillo and cilantro salsa verde.

blue crab & shrimp cake sliders

Description: a mixture of blue crab and chopped shrimp. Two each about 2.5 ounces each, lettuce, tomato and sriracha aioli.

Very minimal filling, we use club crackers for filling, then they are coated with light breading and seared with clarified butter. 

****The filling contains red peppers and chives and eggs.

grilled argentinian chorizo

Description:  8oz. Portion. It is split lengthwise and chargrilled in our parrilla.  

***Chorizos are the main appetizer on a traditional 'asado' or Argentinian barbecue. It is often Enjoyed as  a sandwich called 'choripan' (chorizo on bread) or simply sliced and eaten as an app, they are second only to steak in Argentina. Pork, pimentón (paprika), fresh garlic and a touch of wine are the recipe used for these Argentinian style chorizos. They are mild-med spiced
