Here is the valentines day floorplan. please study it!!!

Teamwork is the biggest thing here!!!!

We need to all work together as a team! The team work has been slacking lately and everyone needs to do better and understand “We all look good together and we all look bad together.”

• ALL FOH - BOH communication goes through expo! Do not ask the salad or the line for anything or any modifications or add ons. YOU RING IT ALL IN and communicate with the expo to ensure everything is accurate

• WHEN EXPO asked for hands please don’t ignore them. If you can’t and are busy just let them know. Don’t continue polishing silverware, watching tiktok, talking to your friends, or eating. Getting the food to the table is PRIORITY!!! We are here to work. Not to eat and socialize!

We need to look nice and have all the proper tools to give BEST IN CLASS SERVICE!!

Proper uniform consist of:

• Black button down- must be clean & wrinkle free

• Black dress slacks (MUST BE FULL LENGTH)- NO LEGGINGS, NO JEANS

• Apron- Must be clean and presentable.

• Gold tie- Must be tied correctly and in decent shape

• Black socks-

• Black non slip shoes- These shoes are not to have laces and are not to be clogs

• Proper tools and apart of your uniform- (Crumer, wine key, tongs, flashing light, lighter, CLEAN POLISHING RAGS, Server book w/ pads)

—Please do not get lost in the back to do side work. We need to make figure 8s to run food & check on the dining room. PLEASE KEEP CELL PHONE USE TO A MINIMUM.

Eduardo was our waiter- he was friendly, warm and knowledgeable- he made us feel like we were old friends not new customers. Will be back and will ask for a table in Eduardos section- made our experience enjoyable!!

From the bartender to our server, service was EXCELLENT. Our server, Franchesco could not have been better. He really made our night special. The food was so good. We cant wait to go back!

We had a wonderful experience and the food was perfect! Eduardo was our server and he made our experience even better! We took all of his recommendations for appetizers and our meal. It was a perfect birthday celebration for my husband.
