We can prep shooters without alcohol you will need to go to the bar for the virgin version of bloody mary mix and virgin jalapeno rita mix and take that to the Raw Bar Culinary team member.

It’s a Shellebration

Description: 6 oysters, 6 little neck clams, 2 (U-6 size they are huge this is why there is only two of them) colossal shrimp cocktail, half of one-pound lobster and ceviche served with Chili Rita chips, cocktail sauce, horseradish, mignonette, tabasco, club crackers, and fresh lemon wedges. **The Ceviche is made with white fish usually mahi or cod.

Offer the Shellebration as Cold or Cooked try to steer guests away from getting some of it chilled and other parts cooked the only item that can’t be warmed or heated is the Ceviche. Ceviche by definition is served chilled.
