Oyster Preparations
There is a QR Code on the Menu within the Oyster section of the menu.
The Guest will be able to open a page with this QR Code and they will see the daily selection of oysters, description, and price of the Oyster.
All Oysters will appear on Happy Hour ~ Lunch Menu ~ Prime(dinner) Menus
Please know the price difference between HH & Lunch Oyster Prices and the Prime (dinner) Menu Prices
There will be 2 kinds of East Coast Oysters and 1 type of West Coast Oysters every day The west coast oysters will be $1.00 more than the East Coast Oysters. The guest and you will be able to see the daily choice of Oysters through the QR code each day.
Hot towel service should be offered with all Oyster items
oysters On The Half Shell
Oysters are all available by the each! The guest does not have to order 6 or 12 if they want 1 Raw Oyster and 2 Dirty Romanoff Oysters and 3 Rockefeller Oysters they are charged by the each.
Description: By each daily selected oysters, chilled on the half shell, served with cocktail sauce, champagne mignonette, horseradish, and Club crackers.
