Nashville Hot ChiCken Sandwich
Description: Buttermilk battered 6 ounce chicken breast. Once the chicken is fried, in a separate bowl we take a mix of chili powder, brown sugar, paprika, and a little cayenne and we “bloom” the spices with hot oil and pour the spiced oil over the chicken breast. Then the sandwich is made with our special cheese spread, sliced pickles, the chili dressed chicken, shredded red and green cabbage, and drizzled with Honey Hot Sauce. This a great and flavorful sandwich. Served on a challa-onion bun.

Chipotle Blackened Shrimp Tacos
Description: 6 ounces blackened and sautéed 41/60 shrimp tossed in a chipotle tomato sauce, with jicama-green cabbage-cilantro slaw, chipotle tomato sauce, Cumin Crema, and feta cheese on our fresh house-made soft flour tortillas.
