Description: steamed asparagus topped with Béarnaise sauce or with Balsamic Chimichurri

Something Fun: It is considered to be a 'child' of the mother Hollandaise sauce, one of the five mother sauces in French haute cuisine. The difference is only in their flavoring: Béarnaise uses shallot, chervil, peppercorn, and tarragon, while Hollandaise uses lemon juice.

Description: Fresh spinach leaf, cooked with cream and thickened with roux. Lightly seasoned with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Or simply wilted with EVOO and Garlic.

lobster or crab fried rice

Description: 2 ounces of Lobster meat, OR 2 ounces of Lump Crab Meat tossed with garlic, ginger, mushrooms, red bell peppers, carrots, peas, eggs, and scallions, all with our fried rice. Topped with garlic lemon scampi butter.

With Crab the cost is $16 or Lobster the cost is $26

Something Fun: The earliest record of fried rice is the Sui Dynasty (Years: 589-618).


Parmesan Truffle Fries

Description: 12 ounces of fries tossed in parmesan cheese, salt & pepper, truffle oil, and parsley.

Garlic Aioli is served on the side Ketchup upon request.

Something Fun: The largest truffle on record was a Sebatino truffle. It was unearthed in central Italy, weighing in at 4.16 pounds.
